It's from D.Gray-Man. I think it's a promotional piece, because I've never seen this in the anime. XD (I made sure to watch the episodes with these two in them.)

Yeah, he always looks kinda old in the anime. He's 39. xD; So he shouldn't look Tiedolls' age. (Lol Even though Tiedoll's only 40. Don't he look 50-something though? xD)
